I’m looking at DOD kamaboko and The Black Dog tunnel tent. I can’t find them here in New Zealand to actually have a look at what they are like. What would you recommend? We have been using a Kathmandu Retreat 280 in the last 5 years but want to switch to a lighter tent coz we have a smaller car now.

This is a matter of taste and situation. If your car is small, I recommend the black dog😅

Thank you so much. I really appreciate your answer. We have an Outback and a roof box but really want to to downsize. Last question, have you had problems with your black dog with leaks when it’s raining?

@@justgelikoi3542 If it rains a lot, it can cause problems. You must install tarps in your tent or stop using your tent

저는 겨울에도 사용했습니다 사실 캠핑에서 텐트를 가지고 겨울용이네 3계절용이네 하지만 실제 텐트는 난방과 큰상관이 없습니다 난로 침낭 매트 바닥공사만 잘하시면 사실 극동계도 무관합니다😅 그래도 굳이 추천 드린다면 늦가을까진 괜찮다고 생각합니다😊
