Following has helped my child: 1) Stopped giving screen time at night especially just before sleeping. 2) Started giving oil massage, really helps in putting the child to sleep. Has improved attention level also. 3) Morning and evening walks. 4) Make them type animal names etc. from books instead of giving videos directly. 5) Stopped letting watch videos with patterns. Instead give videos involving conversation, also narrate the same, ask questions. 6) Engage in solving zigsaw puzzles 7) Introduce writing on a slate or notebook. 8) Bananas 9) Reduced milk consumption 10) Fish oil Hope it helps u all 🙏

This is really dis heartening to know about 10-12 hours screen time. I try to give less and less time for screens. Sometimes , it is tiring to engage with the kids all the time but we as a parents have to do this.

Being an early years practitioner in the UK and a mother to a toddler myself, absolutely agree with you dear, parents don't even realise how dangerous and toxic screens are!!!. I myself always encourage children to be part of their learning through enjoying it themselves rather just letting them play on their own or be on the screens. Hopefully with new knowledge and awareness parents will starting waking up. Excellent video. Keep it up. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The main problem is that nobody listens to the mother. Not even the father. Mothers notice at a very young age that the screen is affecting their child. They jeep telling everyone. Nobody listens until the doctor tells them that.

Very informative video. One thing i want to share is that whenever you give screen time to your child make sure its not more than 1 hour nd always interact with them when your child is infront of screen like what i used to do i watch videos with him interact with him make him co-relate things in the video with real environment. Thats how he learned alot from videos plus real environment, i always tried to engage him in work with myself, if i am in kitchen i give him kitchen things to play, when in toy room i play with him, when outside i always interact with him while driving and make him learn real things.

Thank you so much ma'am, I wish I had seen this video before. I thought my 2 year old boy start learning through watching TV but he did learnt but now he's going through virtual autism I think, iam going through difficult time by engaging him into real world. He was great till he is 1.5 years old all the milestone he made in time but as the exposure to screen increased, more and more he became less connected to us or anyone else. No response to his name, no eye contact. I am taking him to therapy leaving behind all my works. My advice to all the parents, zero screen upto 5 years otherwise you'll face very very challenging times of your time. Thank you so much for making this video madam.

I wonder how can a mother let the child watch TV for such a long time, I am not even talking about phone. My son is 4.5 years old, he hasn't watched any cartoon on phone till date . He started watching TV when he was 3 years old for 30 mins only. I am too strict on this matter as well as eating habits. I have studied about all this when I was pregnant.

U r right mam. I am responsible for my child's autism. I left everything on my mom in law and she used to make him sit in front of tv whole day. Solely I am responsible for my son's condition. Now since 4 years I left my job and giving full time to my son. But I didn't do it at the right time when I should have actually done it. So I am now paying for my mistake. And I request all the parents to spend quality time with their kids.. before it's too late. And moms whenever you need to choose between kids and work, always choose ur kids bcos career baad mein bhi ban sakta hai. And special thanks to you mam for making this video. I have shared with all my friends esp who have small kids so that what happened with me, should not happen with others. Blessings to Everyone

Hello Maninder ma'am and Dr Rajitha Ma'am ,who both are really a blessing for all the parents out there who are worried about their kids development issues ,i have son who is 3.5 years he was interacting very well ,but btw 2-3 yrs he was exposed to lot of screen time in a day ,confined to only house ,no peer interaction ,n bcos of covid we as a family were also very stressed ,when I consulted developmental paediatrician Dr said it's autism spectrum just in 15 mins session without much analysis ,though i knew my child was hyper but autism diagnosis cannot be made just in such a short session ,now after watching your video about virtual autism,i am very sure my son behaviour is affected of increased screen time ,now i am almost trying to keep him away from screen and slowly I can see the changes.thanks a lot for all the right guidance.

Thank you for all the videos being uploaded they are all really good. In general I have few things if you can do some video with respect to that it will be very helpful 1. My kid is a picky listener - I mean he will be hearing whatever we tell or speak but he won't react and reacts only when he wants. If we call his name 5 or 6 times also he won't ask what but if we tell something interesting he suddenly responds 2. He is very good in imagination and puzzle solving and playing games, but he is not interested in reading, writing nor playing physical activities like running, jumping, dancing he will be excited to dance but he won't do it energetically, just I have to do I will do sort of laziness. Can you please make some video on such issues?

I would like to appreciate it if u use some different term. To get likes and views to video using sensitive term like autism is really disturbing. If u have read comments of parents, see how they are blaming themselves for their children's plight. Is it what u want to do? I'm also a special educator but I don't need to earn money this way by misleading people. U r posting ur neurotypical child's video to teach special children. If it had been so easy to teach them in neurotical way, then it would have been a blessing. I hope u understand as I'm also a parent of autistic child and u won't ever understand what we go through every day. May god bless u with better terms to earn money.
