@@skyicy7383He did touch her quite privately frankly and his reaction imo actually attracted way more attention to her wardrobe malfunction (if it was one) than if he had done nothing. So yeah, he imo put her in an impossible situation and uninvitedly put his hands near her groin. I don't think I would call it assault, but I would absolutely call it inappropriate behavior and would feel terrible with his invasion of boundaries if I were her. Not sure if he would have acted the same way were a young man in her situation. There is this thing we humans can do : it's called speaking! He could have done that instead. Just told her, or subtly let her or someone next to her know. It wasn't an emergency where he had to act in the moment. While I do think he didn't act maliciously, it is really disturbing how he didn't even have a second thought of putting his hands on her body and near her private areas and people here are applauding this boundary-invasive paternalistic attitude. How apparently most people in these comments either would be ok with someone doing that to them (when there wasn't an urgent need to do so), or more possibly don't empathize with her as a person whose boundaries were stomped and put more in the spotlight as if he had acted nonchalantly or COMMUNICATED with her instead of springing to action.

No, he's not. If he were a gentleman, he would have tapped her on her shoulder, and nodded towards the problem. Instead he touched her in a very intimate area without her permission, in a situation where she couldn't respond to his sexual assault. You can tell by the expression on both of the girls faces, the way she brushed his hand away, and the other girl rushed in to protect her... this was NOT a gentleman.

Rewatch it. Firstly, her dress was designed that way, it wan't a wordrobe malfunction... so there was no reason to do that in the first place except to body shame her in public.
