Any other skills I could pick up as a traditional archer I could develop by cross training with a compound?
When I competed using the Compound Bow, I loved shooting against Archers who tinkered. I found many of them should spend more time shooting!!
To the left of me….Longbow archers. No warm up, no prep, shooting the same kit for the last 2 decades, holding up the line looking for arrows……! To the right of me…..Compound archers. Constantly tinkering, obsessed with the latest fad. But never happy with the results..(p.s. we don’t care that you missed one gold) This to me is the REAL Archers Paradox! 😂
