Hey, I'm working on the same build eventually going into ivory tower and prism guardian. Then, you can get the chill by reserving life using arctic armor. A bit pricy for league start but should be viable later on.

Sir, are you sure about Intensify on Ball Lightning? More AoE=more damage with BL as far as I'm aware.

I have never played DD before, so I am probably gonna start the inquisitor crit DD of chain reaction in ssf, and when I get the items change it to the coc version, which actually looks really fun. That being said, It´s gonna be a pain to farm the gems lol.

something that is important for tornado vs BV is that its infinitely better for bossing you drop your 3 tornadoes like they're brands and you're free to dodge without losing dps you don't have to stay melee thats my main issue with early game BV : staying melee sucks , for mapping it doesnt matter nothing touches you as you run through but tanky bosses and rares are cringe on low gear

I have no idea why but this is so fucking fun to me, just watching you work on builds. Also I am stealing your build.

Any cold damage + the mastery guarantees at least 10% reduced action speed which can then be scaled by ailment effect. Unironically good defense layer.

With any number of cold dmg to spells and the node afaik.

im doing this but i went for aegis arura , purity of elements for ailment immunity , im max block , 59 % spell block. with 3500 life 4500 es and 6 k mana , crushing all content .

I have no clue why they murdered VD too. It's just gonna be so impossible to use with having your damage fizzle out when it goes over the cap.

necro summon holy relic of conviction, using smite to trigger, with some other minions.

New tornado probably can be good if you fit it in same 6l with BV so 2 5l in one chest. Its just 1.5 times more dmg with same price and open different weapon options.

Yep, I was waffling because I was struggling to get ball lightning to have any defense early.. solved by gorathas tree and I can rework it later when I have more currency to swap to a mjolner build maybe lightning conduit or storm call like in Connors vid

Can't kill bosses. It's a mapper not a generalist build.

Unnatural instinct is going to be in the 6-10div range this league, with the introduction of Ball Lightning archmage, competing with the EA Ballista Andys.

Don't you lose watchers eye with wrath if u don't take wrath, so losing more like 35% -40% ?

Why is srs dead in tyty list? Balormage says poison srs is stronger this league

Any srs that isn't poison srs might as well be dead. Poison SRS only survived because the unnatural strength change offsets the srs nerf.

ive never seen content milking and stretching as the likes of poe streamers. They start doing it 7 days before a league even comes out. Quin69 takes the cake tho. 29 minutes of chat polling whether hes gonna slam an item or not, an action that takes 5 seconds

@@seneschal4617 That's not the original build diversity argument though. If it's "rough" to go from LE to POE because a lot of people are rushing to DD, it's a bit disingenuous to say there wasn't a similar rush to ward builds that generate thousands upon thousands of ward.

Damn, you must not have seen a lot of Steel since you don't seem to understand what he enjoys. Steel enjoys blasting and not dying. That is what he gets excited about. He never tried "new shit" until he knows for sure it works like he thinks it does and the numbers are bonkers. He is not the "for fun" kind of gamer like most people are. Did you not see in this video how excited he got at the prospect of this Arch mage BL build? He is not some giga brain theory crafter. He takes other peoples builds, tweaks them to his preferred style and sometimes finds a new way to take the build to the next level.

Don't play any of the league starters the top streamers recommend and you will have much cheaper gear and more fun tbh. Anything off meta and you will have gear that's 10x better first week because prices won't sky rocket because of streamers lol

Just got to lvl 37 and quit, thinking about doing the campaign then having to farm, trading, looking for how to solve shit makes the game a chore for for me, hope you enjoy the league though
