    This is a great explanation of what demons can and cannot do. I had an exorcism on March 22, 2012, and from March 6, 2010 until then I was experiencing awareness of the separation of my intellect and spirit from them. It is very hard to explain on a comment, but yes, everything that you just explained makes so much sense to me. I honestly have not been able to talk to anyone about my experience, but I also shy away from learning anything about demons. I personally only want to grow in a relationship with God. It is so much more fun.

    I actually have not seen any videos from Fr. Rippergers yet. I try not to search out videos on exorcisms or from exorcists, since the exorcism was very painful and traumatic to me. I rather focus on increasing my relationship with God and just loving him. Also @@yeshua1st , I would actually love to sit and talk about similar experiences if possible. I have never encountered anyone who also has had an exorcism, I guess because its not a great experience to have, and not something worth bragging about, so many people who would have them would naturally shy away from talking about their experience, myself included for a long time.

    I am not sure if I have seen any of their talks, but I do listen to the talks of Fr. Jim Blunt, who is the exorcist that did the exorcism on me, March 22, 2012. Actually, I think that it started the day before, and I celebrate the anniversary on the day that it ended, because I want to celebrate the day that I received freedom vs anything else.

    I go back and forth between my 17 years of atheism and Catholicism, which is not the church I grew up in. So there's so many hurdles and so much depending on timing (RCIA being a real stumbling block) Fr. Pine has been a big help with my patience. While I wait for everything to align, I have come to watch Fr. Pine and reframe these frustrating delays down to time in which I can build up my understanding.

    @@christianwright8969 some churches have "Catholics come home" type programs, others do not. RCIA can be audited (participate without need of baptism or confirmation). Also due to some people not being well catechized as children may have poor dispositions and wish to learn everything they should have known in a convenient format. I remember reading that when Satan tried to tempt Jesus, Satan’s limitations and powerlessness could be plainly seen. Satan had no idea of how Our Lord’s life would be lived out. He didn’t know when or where or how it would end and one of the main things he tried to elicit from Jesus was what lay ahead. He failed. Similarly for us, demons are limited in their knowledge and power unless we provide them with information.

  • @charles2241
    @charles22414 ай бұрын

    Fr. Pine, perhaps you can answer this question for me? I was taught in Catholic school that God doesn't answer prayer coming from somebody in mortal sin, except, a repentant one. OTOH, I think the Blessed Mother had no such limits, and therefore will still hear prayers, and refer them to her Son, etc, and as we know, she cannot be denied if she were to do this. It seems if the first statement is sound, then she couldn't hear prayers either, say for personal things, because she would sort of undermine God, and perhaps we can assume she knows as well what the state of the soul is at the time of the prayer. You might pray to her, and just get what you asked for through perhaps ordinary chance, as God will allow even those in mortal sin at least some things to fall their way, etc. What do you think of this?

    Demons come in tricky ways such as the following: 1 Timothy 4:1 KJV "Now the SPIRIT speaks expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which GOD has created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth." The truth is: Ephesians 2:4 KJV "But GOD, who is rich in mercy, for HIS great love wherewith HE loved us, 5 even when we were dead in sins, has quickened us (made us alive) together with CHRIST, (by grace you are saved;) 6 and has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in CHRIST JESUS: 8 For by grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of GOD: 9 not of works, lest any man should boast."

    Catholics priests don’t talk enough and they are the more qualified, specifically the exorcists, you learn a lot from them and start to recognize the ir ways, you don’t need get obsessed or be fear if you stick to the Lord. And be virtuous and they cannot do anything to you, the moment you start sinning you get into a weak spot and call their attention because they are watchers of human nature.

    The bible (same to the Quran) is a man-made book with man-made wisdom (Kain and Abel) and man-made errors (nothing inspired by any god): + the Earth wasn't there before the sun + Adam and Eve didn't exist + there was no global flood + homosexuality is not a seduction by a satan, but a natural born healthy sexual orientation with an evolutionary meaning + the sky is no dome /vault over the Earth + the sun can’t be stopped for having longer light in a battle, it already stands still + etc etc. If the bible would be the word of god or inspired by god it would be without errors, but it isn't.

You will have to confirm that the complete Bibles content is man-made and not inspired by a god. That also counts for the man-made error rules about homosexuality.
