As someone living in Curaçao myself, when I first saw the title-- I was definitely a bit confused. I was always taught that if you wanted to have a good time (especially in the capital), you better go out with more than 25 Florin...and then I remembered that $15 is like Fl. 27,- here, which definitely makes a lot more sense lol. I thought this video was gonna be like 4 minutes long or something. Was concerned for a minute there.

Be careful what you wish for. Tourism has completely RUINED more towns and countries than you can count. It wouldn't take much for that island to start looking like Miami Beach.

Wow Ethan! I feel as though you really hit your stride with this vid. I love seeing you do what interests you, so having this kind of DITL vid felt both personal and entertaining. For my viewing preferences, I felt you hit the sweet spot with the editing. Clips of the places you visited that were just the right length to give a feel for the island, but still move the vid along at a good pace. I also liked the font for the titles as you added up money spent. The music was used well, and it was fun to see your interactions with other people. While I've been enjoying all your videos because they seem authentically *you* this one not only provides plenty of personality, but shows how you've progressed in producing content. Although, you might think a typical day where you don't do much is boring, I'll bet I'm not alone in being completely curious and would love to see a vid like that. Now I can hardly wait until January to see what you'll be doing on your new channel!

Make sure to visit the beach “playa daabooi”, it’s free and a local beach not too crowded by tourists. Also you can visit lots of monuments which are not restored like castles but it’s a free activity

Ethan, I just found your channel and I'm really enjoying it! Friends of mine have a small tour company and they would likely love to show you to some more uncharted spots you wouldn't normally find. Also, is there a restaurant tour coming, cause I'd love to give you some tips for that!

You are awesome! This is so nice to watch. Thank you for traveling to our island Curacao. About the coconut, you are helping a local but we got coconuts in our garden so you could get it for free so, thanks for buying though from a local. Locals have a lot to offer😀 amazing video, I will subscribe to see for myself where to next, have you ever been to Dubai? How expensive is it?

Also the beaches there look even more clear which is a difference. And more tall cacti there. I love the coconuts you can drink from too. In hawaii i drained out the juice by stabbing each end with a clean screwdriver. Yea probably not the right way but just put it over a small bowl and the liquid comes out 😂. For me the issue with living on an island was cost of housing and social life was difficult, as well as finding things to do when actually living there a long period of time
