I visited Ghana from December 2019 to January 2020 and this was my first time staying in an apartment with hotel amenities. My friend and I used a 1bed apartment for 9 days and paid $450 USD each. There was security, housekeeping, and restaurant. You could even have your clothes washed and the concierge was available. I really enjoyed my time in Ghana and I consider this trip my favorite so far! Apartments with hotel amenities for the win!

I love this video. Your point about preferring apartments is very interesting. I actually didn't realise that I also feel the same. I prefer homely feels, depending on the location (I tend to be rolling solo). Apartments are definitely more pocket friendly, which always helps, when trying to adhere to a budget!

Tayo nice place but seems a little pricy at $130 a day. Do you happen to know what the minimum or average monthly salary is in Ghana Another interesting thing would be asking what the average occupancy rate. Sometimes lowering the daily rate can result in higher income via higher occupancy rates. Just a thought for some of the apartment owners.

Very informative video. I surely prefer apartment. Whenever we go on family holiday we usually go for apartments or a house. Like you said, it helps us connect with the local area . We go shopping and cook our foods. We only eat out on some selected days. As well, we tends to enjoy family time more in apartment/house compare to when we stayed in hotel. Keep up the good work Tayo.
