You can use miswaak. Accidently swallowing anything doesn't break the fast brother.
What about listening to music or watching TV? (movies) also what about playing video games.

Listening to music, watching TV and playing video games does not invalidate the fast, however one should refrain from such makrooh and idle acts which would affect the blessings of the fast.
