I help lead a small-ish (~20 people) Marketing firm in Chicago and we've been following these videos as significantly as we follow Google search algorithm changes. Something that we really championed in 2016 and early 2017 was your "Amazon Strategy" - how to get your stuff on Amazon, basically. As we head into 2018, we're trying to split that focus into "How do you DEAL with Amazon." and basically letting our clients know that a full Amazon market strategy is a little bit like selling themselves into oblivion. Trying to look at the long game is hard - very strong focus (as always) on the short game profits available. This video does not sway those shifts by our team at all.
