I'm really impressed with the guess of VietNam innovators who have an extremely important role in big corporations and aggressive background. I always asked myself how can Vietcetera invite them to the show? Btw thanks hosts Hao Tran and Pranv Seth for the useful and informative talk show. Belowtext is my summary of the show Digitalisation in Banking bring for future: - Consumer adoption of Technology: serving digital customer - Massive trend of comsumelization, leverage the bank, apply new business approach to acquire customer - Ability to do social good, have the scale and the operating cost to serve the customer Challenge: - Lots of law - A mismact between - Diffrence between two economies Pace: - Commited 500 mil $ to digital transformation - Launch retail banking - The app: gateway to Techcombank, everything in the app - Payment experience - Financial Wealthness: help consumer stick with the goal - Using the data to understand the customer - Have the big design team Security: - Transaction thought mobile app, assured their hard-earned money in the right place - Protect the app within phone (easily hacked) Future plan: - Focus on wealthness service help the customer make money work hard for them - Leverage the data science to make lot of simple things, introduce cusstomer to new concepts - Linking the banking to eccosystem(partnership, morgage the new project,..) Hiring: - Looking for people who share the same vision Techombank missions: Change banking chang lives
