The best ones for me gotta be Dreampack 1 and Japanese cars as I love JDM cars and Nürburgring. They are also one of the most common ones so they do come handy :)

As a sandbox AC is wonderful - get them all. ...and DRM Revival!!

i've got the standard version for 4€ on steam and all the dlc's for 12€ that's really good.

The Japanese pack and a choice of one of the Porsche packs is all I need

In my opinion the Dream Packs are mandatory, the others are good to have, but you can live without them.

I never play the game and now its like 5 dollars on steam for the ultimate edition so I was wondering if we can just mod all the cars the tracks and whatever, wouldn't it be useless to buy the DLC? so if anyone can answer my question, I would like to thank you cus Im really interested to play AC

In my opinion the Japanese is the vest one, than the Dream Pack1 because of the Nordschleife and then its the Porache Pack. The rest is nearly useless... I probably played alone on the Nordschleife Tourist and the Japanese pack cars (it's something called about "realistic track day japenese pack #1" and the same name but with a 2) with atleast 100 hours. Edit: Don't choose between any of them, the ultimate version costs around 30-40€ and you are supporting the devs with it.

Normal edition is 2.5$ and ultimate edition is 9$ right now on steam xD in India

For me the dream packs are mandatory. Apart from that I have JDM pack, Ready to Race and Porsche pack 2 if I'm remembering correctly (GT3 RS, 962c...) I don't agree with your statement about the JDM pack, I always see servers where its widely used like Touge Life #1 and one of the 24/7 nordschleife.
