Thank you 🙏🏼 I lead a pretty active lifestyle & spend a lot of time outdoors tending the land that I live on (converting it to a working farm/homestead) so that serves as my “exercise” & then eating a lot of the food/veggies that I’ve been growing as far as “diet”
