What are the primary, secondary and tertiary structures of a protein?

Outlining the primary, secondary and tertiary structures of proteins. The primary structure is shown to be the sequence of amino acids in the polypeptide chain, the secondary structure a-helix coils and flat beta-sheets from hydrogen bonding between C=O and N-H groups from different amino acids in the polypeptide chain and the tertiary structure as interactions between different R-groups from different amino acids in the polypeptide chain.
