Can you present some of what what you are claiming with regard to New Atheists strawmanning?

Open theists need not deny omniscience. "Micah freely chooses A in 2034" is of indeterminate truth value, and God knows it as such.

Classical theism will create problems for the trinity because there is no difference between the relata in god, since there can be no real distinctions, otherwise he would have parts.

Good overview until the last slide, in which you instruct people to only check out your friends (who are either neo-classical theists or non-theists) and ignore the classical theists (Feser and Hart). Imagine listening to an economics talk and at the end it said "for more on economic models, check out Hayek and Mises (but don't read Keynes). If you were to give this talk at a uni, I'd recommend taking this out.

Michael Nelson this may be nit picky, but I didn’t say to ignore classical theists, just Feser and Hart in particular. Ryan’s podcast hosts multiple classical theists as well as references classical theist source texts.

Oh also, the SEP entry on classical theism I recommended is written by Bill Vallicella who is a pretty prominent classical theist.

Re: the denial of Cambridge changes at around 8:25 Fun fact, Ryan and I will be doing an in depth video justifying why God doesn't extrinsically change under classical theism. ;)

Could you share any link or something about what Thomists say about Cambridge change. I think I have heard Thomists using _cambridge change_ w.r.t Incarnation.

I i i I it’s tough because some Thomists like Feser use it wrong, Mullins goes over some views on it in the video I mentioned

I discuss the issue at length in my book, "The End of the Timeless God." Also in my forthcoming essay, "Classical Theism" in the "T&T Clark Handbook of Analytic Theology." But I discuss it briefly in a few papers that you can find at rtmullins.com. For example, this paper on impassibility. www.academia.edu/36267257/Why_Cant_the_Impassible_God_Suffer_Analytic_Reflections_on_Divine_Blessedness

Great video! I agree on the point about Hart. While he is brilliant, he is way too dismissive and unrefined when talking about Neo-Classical theism (or as he says, mono-polytheism).
