नमस्ते सर, मध्यप्रदेश में MPDVPK ACT के तहत किसी पर डकैती का केस दर्ज किया गया हो और कोर्ट में फरियादी ही हॉस्टाइल हो जाए तब कोर्ट फरियादी पर कोई एक्शन ले सकता है क्या? यदि ले सकता है तो क्या एक्शन होगा l तथा धारा 458 IPC में कम से कम सजा कितनी हो सकती है?
