Do Amazon pay while the training period for Virtual Customer Service Representative?

I have a few questions which were not mentioned in the video 1. What is the monitoring technology they use for checking us - webcam, audio or mouse movement based? 2. Do we have to return the desktop after we leave the job ? 3. Can i choose to attend only chats, or only calls or some other form of customer support? 4. When is salary deposited and do we get paid for training? 5. And Lastly are there paid bonds or contracts that i have to mandatorily work for the specified time?

1. First of all they don't monitor us by webcam or mouse and all but yes they monitor our work once we start doing it. 2. Yes we've to return the GG when we're leaving the job. 3. No you can't choose, they'll allot you based on the business requirements. 4. Salary will be credited on last day of the month & yes you'll be paid for training too. 5. Lastly there're no bonds and if you want to resign, you just have to inform your manager or anyone. That's it.

Bro Amazon will provide laptop. They'll not force you to work on holidays. However if there is OT, people will try to utilise them as it is double pay for that particular day alone. Once you finish your shift no one is going to call you. And when u r on week off, enjoy them bro , your manager will not disturb you. They'll call you only when you're in your shift. Work culture is more people friendly in amazon

Lmaq is better as you need to audit the calls or chats (it is a quality analyst role) here you get to judge people's performance
