Speaking to THEPHILBIZNEWS, Hotel Okura Manila Senior Pastry Chef and international award winning Filipino Pastry Chef Vi Serrano explains the different offerings that Yawaragi offers to their guests which is based on the current season in Japan.
Like this Spring time (Haru), the desserts are Japanese spiting inspired which is evident in the presentation. On summer called Natsu, which will start on June 1, Yawaragi will change their buffet offerings. The same will happen on Autumn (Aki) and Fuyu (Winter), guests will taste the best of Japan integrated with Filipino touch.
