I have recently had a second treatment of polynucleotides in my very hollowed and dark under eyes, and I am over the moon with results. My skin is much less wrinkly, lighter, and less hollow. I no longer dread looking in the mirror.

I never had reaction on any medication, after my eye polynucleotide treatment I became very sick, three days I had itchy eyes watery , thanks god I am good now but I can’t take a risk and do second treatment, everybody is individual I don’t know what is ingredient but I had a terrible reaction.

i had shingles on my face last year and have been left with deep scarring on my forehead. ive tried microneedling even though its better its still visible as make up sits in the scar and creates shadows. would this treatment remove the scars?

I had bad fillers under eye and dissolved them 3 months after placement, now its been 3 yrs from dissolving. I got small capillaries broken under eye when the bad technique of filler was used. Since then, I never touched the area again because i was afraid. The skin looks more transparent,.morw hollowed eyes after all these, less elastic, and vein and spider veins popped up under eye and upper eye lids which I never had in 1 year and a half time. Can I do this treatment for rejuvenation or its better to check for special laser treatment and then doing this? Thank u ! !

Is this a good thing to use for deep acne scarring? Or would recommend a different product?

It’s a really good option for acne scarring as you can place it more deep and more superficial for a dual benefit

can I ask, wha product do you use for treating the tear troughs with Polynucs... and what mg of it Is safe for under the eyes

Hello, thank you for your comment! Dermafocus Polynucleotides which comes in 2ml syringes. We would typically use around 0.5ml per tear trough area and use the rest in a bespoke way unique to the patients anatomy, normally around the eyes, under the brows, improving texture along the cheeks or to soften smile lines. Hope this helps!

Hi would polynucleotides help with wrinkles on forehead?

  • @trikwanaesthetics

Polynucleotides would be injected where the fine lines are present and over time what they will do is target your DNA and regenerate your own skin cells to produce more collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid which will help reduce the lines

Are these suitable for alopecia hair loss ?

  • @trikwanaesthetics

There havent been any formal studies on this, there have for hair thinning generally but the pathophsyiology of alopecia is more autoimmune and in theory as PN's are antiinflammatory, they could have a role, but there are nor formal studies.
