I love that someone is still appreciating the 70s look. I haven't seen that for ages! He looks amazing! That young couple with the girl in lilac are probably one of the most sophisticated looking young couples I've ever seen.

Some really chill people today, I liked the Cardiff couple, they were so open and expressive, and the cute girl in Lilac. What amuses me is that it's cool to mention about your charity shop finds and designer but there's this kind of embarrassment about high street shops like Primark, Uniqlo and H&M which are all absolutely fine,I've bought some really nice stuff from all those shops and still have them years later. It's the way you wear something, not the label that matters.

I think it's to do with the whole sustainability aspect, but as you said if you keep your clothes, take care and repair them then thats sustainable wherever you buy them from. But your less likely to do that with a high street purchase compared to designer, that's a habit I need to break out of myself.

Honestly due to the sustainability issue of it being a fast fashion sort of brand I was embarrassed to say my dress was from Zara! But I don't shop high street often, I usually go to vintage/ second hand or charity shops and my wardobes can testify to the fact I never throw any clothes away... Having studied fashion business I have learnt about the many sad effects of high street and fast fashion brands which is why I tend to avoid them (which lockdowns made easier) but I agree with you that buying a few pieces from such places if being kept and used for years is OK! If it's being worn once and then discarded, then it's definitely problematic.

These videos are strangely addictive..

Liking the new direction Kofi! So much personality and positive vibes instead of hypebeast coverage of who got the most money. and by doing so you discover all this underrated brands/individuals instead of just focusing on the trend which sometimes does not work for some though only few were brave enough to admit.

We are opposites in dress sense and voice pitch that's for sure! But we have very similar taste in music, TV/films, food, activities, sense of humour and general outlook/goals in life 😊

I am the girl who was wearing all lilac at 7.38 - I met Joseph in my pajamas outside the doors of our halls accommodation in my first year of university at Brighton! We dated for a few months before drifting apart but we kept in touch for a friendly coffee now and then for about 3 years. Last summer we reunited and we are moving in together later this year :)
