Non-functional requirements are as important as functional ones. They explain different aspects of the application.

Usability measured by number of clicks!? 😱😨
You are absolutely offtrack regarding usability. Number of clicks doesn't "measure" usability. You need to discover about your target audience, what their pains, expectations, frustrations and joys so you can understand what is preventing them from meeting their goals. Only then you can have a criteria for Usability testing and measurement.

Hi! Your're correct, all of these things do matter for measuring usability, but this video touches on usability very briefly.
