They told me 30% advance and 70% before delivery using bank transfer. Is it mandatory to go china and then purchase the material? I m new and how can I find good agents And can you suggest agents in delhi.? Who deal with small quantities?

I think u must go there at list one time for start ur business, because there is many other issues not only payment, quantity and quality . There are so many agents surrounding indian hotels and restaurants.

Iwant to start wholesale business purchasing from China .I find 4 and 7 agents through Google sites but they quoted price is very high . I tried many agents but price not matching.
