Heyy I have received letter of Intent from EY GDS attached to a mail saying “Congratulations all parties have completed” but in LOI theres a point named “Pre-Offer Assessment” which has description as follows : “Upon achieving qualification, you will be required to participate into the EY GDS Candidate Assessment program ("Assessment"). the terms, conditions and rules of the assessment shall be communicated to you in writing. You must pass this assessment. If you do not pass the assessment, this letter shall stand annulled, and you will lose the opportunity to recieve the offer of employment from the Firm” I’m done with the Online assessment ,Technical and HR interview. I’ve asked my friends (who work in EY) regarding this but apparently they have no idea as well. So many questions online regarding this but none has a reply. It would be helpful if you give me an idea about what EYs Candidate assessment is? Thank you so much :)

Hlo dear All the very best for your foundation attempt, prepare well Relocating to any other place is completely your choice and moreover there are plenty options in delhi for articleship so I don’t think you will be required to relocate somewhere else

See it’s upto you, which domain you want to choose, so according to me do research about every domain if even after the research you are not able to finalise one, then you can go with the flow, like agr big 4 m karna h to generally people say koi sa bhi krlo. And yes agr sare domain explore krne h to go for mid size

I have shared my results already in previous videos (shorts) dear, you can refer that. I gave both groups separately and cleared the respective groups in first attempt See when I was approaching people over LinkedIn for articleship no one asked me my number of attempts before referring and the one who referred me (senior manager of EY) he also not at once asked me this question, I think this question can be asked during your interview (least chances) but don't backout to apply in big 4 no matter how many attempts it took you to clear. Nothing matters at the end if you are well confident.
