Kishore da infact, took the advantage of blank space and got success. Earlier, the songs were more critical and even hard for humming, since most of them were clasical based. Kishore da with his sound but sweet voice only orated the lyrics but definitely with an unique style, which attracted the ears of masses...He may be called as pioneer of light song in real sense in India....It is something like fame of Amithav Bacchan who made the way of moving angry man on screen which in real sense, public first experienced thru' him..

हर गायक उस दौर का अपने आप मे एक परिपूर्ण थे । हर एक का अपना रंग था सहगल से लेके यसुदास तथा सुरेश वाडकर तक । एक बात जरूर है, इन के गाने दीन भर सुबह साडे ६ से लेकर रात साडे ११ तक रेडीओ पर सुनते रहते थे और रेडीओ ही एक मात्र मनोरंजन का साधन हुवा करता था । तो हमारे कानो और दीमाग मे ये सभी रचे बसे थे और आज भी है ।
