I live in Corvallis which is and hour and a half away from Portland but I play in Portland a lot and for one of my Oregon Olympic Development Program scrimmages we played at that field. Just for the guys who said it’s a perfect field, I would say it’s pretty good, depending on what you’re used to. He’s also practicing at a high school so that helps. Btw the reason I recognize the field is because I always park next to it on my weekend trainings at the Timbers Stadium, which is close by (you can see it in the background of the vid)

Maybe focus on getting further forwards more often, targeting a certain number of crosses and attempts at goal per game rather than end of season assists/goals. If you do this consistently enough then you will meet your season goals. Also, are you doing position specific training with the team/coach? Cutting inside and either crossing or shooting, going outside making a yard and getting a quality delivery into the danger area, combo play with strikers/midfielders, getting on the end of counter attacks etc.

Ive undergone two sets of surgery’s for sports hernias (unfortunately had nerve complications from my first). Considering your age now it’s good to hear your mainly symptom free and sticking to routine maintenance. Can I just ask what made you go back to having repeat surgery’s and what was your groin strength like post op. My left groin is completely symptom free but I struggle with my right groin (dominant leg) and can’t train or perform at the elite level that I use to. I’m considering going back to the surgeon to have another release Into my right groin but I’m concerned about my long term groin health. Love the content man!

So that’s very good for the training and stuff but you should also make sure that you warm properly and perfectly( dynamics warm ups)

Hi I love your vidios, I've been watching some vidios now for the past 3 days and I love them I actually found your KZread channel when I searched up 15 top soccer players stretches. I found you vidios very helpful and funny and I like your cat Gucci btw oh and I have some questions, like I want to go out and train on the field Every day but I'm not aloud out that much so I'm home most of the time so I can't really get in the shooting, speed drills or anything that would involve a lot of space. I was hopeing that you could give me some tips maybe on what would kinda drills that would kinda mimic the shooting and speed drills with a small space

Im 15 now and I always question myself should I train this hard or should I just play and have fun and learn like that. Now Im training 3 hours every day but from now on Ill pay attention on quality over quantity and try to not overtrain myself espessially before team training and matches.
