Love my Trinie Sunday meals ur mom's dishes looks awesome..yummy .I am from Trinidad living in The USA and on any given Sunday I will cook 4 to 5 dishes such as mac& cheese/collard greens potato salad BBQ chicken turkey /or beef ribs/also curry chicken Dal rice roti then sometimes on a Sunday I make just simply cook salmon from the can with tomatoes onions fresh lemon juice and rice and maybe plantings with it or cook a different sets of recipes a middle eastern dish it all depends

Happy Monday , Im Trini but living in Georgia, I normally cook Stew chicken, rice, Fried plantain and a cucumber salad. Simple.

Hi Jenna usually on Sundays grilling everything i.e veges,meats and company bring sides and at the end of night every one takes for monday lunch Girl they like bachacks.lol

A Sunday spread like that is very rear in my house because we go to church on Sunday morning most of the time it would be Rice , some sort of peas or beans and chicken. Today I made Dhal Rice and Curry Stew chicken. And with five kids and an elderly to care for there really isn't much time to do all the prep needed. But I do try to make lunch like that when there's a public holiday. Thanks for the video.

Most Sunday meals in Guyana its a curry (chicken, duck or beef or even mutton) with rice dhall or dhall puri.

Muslims from Trinidad and Guyana that wear Hijab need a good flogging. I see all these people wearing hijab now, WHEN In the past no one ever wore it. Muslims in the Caribbean never wore Hijab or any kind of face covering except at religious ceremonies...but wore it like Catholics in a church. Try working like that in a cane field and tell us how it turns out. Why these people are throwing away their freedom, I can never understand. They need to be sent to Saudi Arabia to spend a year to appreciate the freedoms of living in a western country.
