@@PresidentRory not necessarily. There are so many obese pro chefs and licensed nutritionist dietitians. But if we look at the world obesity index, asians are definitely not at the top and diet is like 70 percent of what affects weight. So there's that data... hope it helps you relax lol

It’s called Gochujang. Everyone in my family has some in their house, which makes sense since we’re korean, but I actually have noticed most asian families keep some, korean or not. Usually we make our own though, but you can find the one he has at most asian super markets.

As a chef of ten years, I can totally relate to what he means by “food can really brighten your day.” It’s totally true, and why I always cook my own meals at home now. I use to be that chef that would get home late and despise cooking and just either eat fast food or whip up a grilled cheese. I’ve totally changed that around now and cook like I do at the restaurant and treat myself to delicious fine dining meals but at home. It not only has helped with my mental health, but with my career and passion as well. I love cooking and food so much, why not do it at home too? I love cooking for my friends too and always host dinner parties. Food really does heal the soul.

This guy needs his own KZread channel! I would subscribe!

i am taiwanese and i really appreciated the multiple shout outs to taiwanese food! like i was so happy when he showed the pineapple cake. i never even thought of eating pineapple cake with ice cream!
