14:53 so fun fact, the aurora actually appear as different colours because of the elements being excited in the atmosphere. Both the red and the green are because of oxygen, but the red is from atoms at altitudes higher than 150 miles up, while the green is slightly lower at 60-150 miles

The Northern Lights were supposed to be visible all over Texas. Where I live it was either storming really bad or just really cloudy. We never had a clear night. Every place here who could see them saw pinks and purples and the pictures looked so pretty. They said even if you couldn’t see anything with your eyes to take a picture anyway and you would have been able to see them.
