It’s a very tough act to follow when your mother is Christie Brinkley, Halle Berry, Vanessa Williams, and on it goes….Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, such incredibly beautiful people, well, let me just say, it’s an impossible act to follow. Most of the Moms were/are still some of the most beautiful women in the world.

It's hard to get around this one. The majority of the girls were mini me as the title infers a genetic component to the relationship between mother and daughter, so not mentioning it would have been dishonest. But you are correct; anyone who adopted needed a notation although we know they are no less their daughter than the ones that were birthed by the actreses.

It's the same with fathers and sons: Not ALL sons look like their dad - some look nothing whatsoever like their dad. There's no need to put labels like "adopted" on people. @@TheBOG3 It's hard to tell, because her husband kind of looks like her in the sense that they have the same kind of features. That's the case with my parents, and why I look like both of them. Daughters can be a mix of both parents, but they seldom look like their mom only. They either look like their dad or their paternal aunt. I was told I looked like my paternal aunt (her son said so), even though she and my mom didn't look alike. In essence, paternal genes are strongly prevalent in daughters. I believe the reason for this is that the father contributes an X chromosome that trumps the maternal chromosome.
