Most of the actual value spending comes from the 2 gazettes, the first Travelogue, and growth pack. And the 1 dollar pack, of course. Thats 61 bucks. After that you start getting into whale packs that dont give you much value at all. 45-60 bucks gets you a lot of value over F2p in this game; after that the value is diminished heavily.

As someone who doesn't play AFK Journey, but plays other gacha games, spending $3k on a gacha is insane

3k is chump change to most gacha games but 3k in 1 month yeah pretty crazy considering this also isn't a whale friendly game for example in arena the top 5 players only get 1 more essence then the top 20 and only 2 more then the top 50 so who really cares when you can just buy a pack that gives you 100 for 40$. Essentially you would need to be in top 5 arena for like 3 months to get the same amount what is the point....

Full F2P 40 days in, 18.5m power, top 100 in every mode and almost got top 50 in DR yesterday. I don't see the point of spending at all except for the ranking... I don't really need mats, just a few tidal essences that I will get soon. If I pulled more, I would need more mats, requiring me to spend more so that's an endless loop 😅

4:30 This is very informative. Honestly, there are a lot of characters I acquired or built, but then later realized I didn't need.

Spent like $20 and I have managed to clear the map, AFK progress 1125, two monsters in Dream Realm at 100%, Legend Trial all at the top tower and Arcane Labyrinth 15. Spending did help a bit, but I guess investing time and having some lucky pulls enables you to more or less finish the game in +/- 30 to 35 days in current state without spending at all.

I've spent around $200 so far. Compared to what I've spent on Genshin Impact it's nothing lol. I don't plan to spend a $1000 on this game, I tend to get bored easily if some new game comes out I'll just stop playing and move on to something else.

Low-spender here, I get the monthly gazettes and yesterday I bought one of the cheap % packs from my server beating the Alpha Bear boss. I'm out of things to do in the game except for work on Abyss and improving characters. Just waiting for the new season now.

I spent $61, I just bought all of the basics 3000% value sets. It got me for regular top 20 in dream realm for the past 33 days of playing. But Im struggling on pvp with stable top 50- 100. Cuz my units were design to compete in dreamrealm.

28M power for $3G? I'm at 20M and I've spent like $15. thanks for this. definitely put a perspective on things that spending is not worth it.

i spend like 10$ on bp and thats it. top 100-200 in every mod rn, myth+ are vala(+10), cecia(+6), hewynn(+6). and the rest are legendary+ or mythic (Carolina, Cassadee, marilee, mirael, thoran viperian, rowan, antandra, kruger, smokey, koko, luka, florabelle and parisa) my only celestial is scarlita and she is only legendary.

26M power in 41 days.my server released 17 days ago and there’s 1 20M guy already

Im currently at 5.99€ (EU), if there is a new character next season i really like, i will get for the growth bundle. But thats really it for me, wont spend more than this. But even with this low spend i get to top 50 dream realm, because on my servere there are only a few big spenders.

I agree, ive probably spent 1250-2k(lost track) it really isnt worth it in the long run. Save your money.

In total I've spent less than $60 and feel content. In the future I might spend a little more for the monthly passes or another battle pass, but nothing really more than that. We all keep progressing, so it's not necessary to make thosw purchases.

You get the same amount of mithril points every time you make a purchase, so you can buy 3000 Dragon crystals for $100, so $100 / 3,000 is $0.033 and multiply that by how much mithril points you have, so 63,720 Mithril Points * $0.033 = $2,103.36. Man, you must have gotten real unlucky lol.

Lol, I've spent 250$ my account is 38 days old and on server S120. I get top 40 on Dream Realm and my resonance is 287 at the moment, slowly getting to 300. Even I am kinda bored... can't wait for the new season. Can't imagine how whales are feeling about the content draught.

Damn I wonder where I’d be at if I was in that server lol, I’m S14 and I only get in the top 20-25% for dream realm, 42 days old acct and Res is 270. But I’ve only spent $12 lol and I’m already bored too tbh, the next season is gonna have some new stuff but it’s still the same old shit lol I’m kinda just waiting on WW to come out, I feel like I’m done with these idle games, gacha ones I’m still into tho lol I’ve only played a few of them.

If thats a 3k account then honestly i wouldn't take advise from you cause that account sucks! Seriously if you really spent 3k on that account I really hope that you can write it off as a business expense because that's a lot of wasted money. I don't know what you spent the other $1,500 on but it certainly wasn't that account.

As others have said it seems like the ratio of methropoints isn't always the same. This is probably closer to 1500 to 2000 when I really look at my bank statement anyway. Plus I have a ton of diamonds and some in sitting in the bag just waiting. Plus yes everything is tax ed write-offs LOL. A lot of the things I did on this account were for science and testing outside the norm

I hit pity a TON plus we did the up rate banner which slows our a levels. Also a big cost was going for a 2nd celestial/hypo to mythic+ that didn't feel worth it
