Great tour! They tried really hard to convert this property in to a flat but it didn't work, in my opinion. An office, gym, gallery, etc. maybe something commercial would have worked better

Hey Guy’s, I Love Your Vlog’s! Hello from St. Louis, MO USA. I Love this space it is so Cool. I like the Masonic theme throughout. My oldest son just transferred to London for (18) months for work. A few weeks ago he moved into a furnished apartment in Chelsea for $3,100/month. I get Location,Location, Location but wow, what a lot of space in this one. The designers had a very keen eye for detail. Cheers!

I get the planning constraints but this is very (to my mind) poorly designed, especially those bedrooms with the glass doors then odd living section, probably should of converted to commercial space not flats

4) The kitchen is ridiculous with that tiny fridge for a 3 bed apartment. Agree something with the place just seemed super awkward and unappealing 😥

@@dulcieo6250 Claustrophobic vibe.... living area is a definite fail..... retaining masonic symbols on glass truly awful..... they are not symbols of inclusivity but signify a retrograde patriarchal cult. Each room has the feel of a 3 star motel. Also blinded by the white.... the design default position to maximise market reach whilst posing as an aesthetic choice. Worst sofa choice of all time. Interior decorator dictatorship is a growing concern throughout the real estate industry and I don't think it can any longer be regarded as a creative industry, but rather an extension of marketing hubris.

The average dentist surgery waiting room looks more comfortable than this hideous 'living room'. And the kitchen is a nightmare cave of zero corporeal functionality.

poor flow in the apartment, thick white paint over what would have been beautiful original features … another example of people modernising just because they can afford to and taking away from history and original elegance

I was impressed that Matt & Summer didn’t wear shoes when touring other peoples houses but Tom e walks around with his shoes on bringing in dirt from outside. Not very respectful

Manchester a great place. I prefer Leeds , but neither Manchester or leeds are worth £3000 a month. Just my opinion. London prices in Manchester. Just crazy

Manchester is a wonderful place and much in demand..Rents are crazy now.

It looks awful. It's more like an office building than an apartment. There's nothing that makes this place stand out or that makes it more desirable than anywhere else.

A quick look at Charlie Veitch will tell you what a grim place city centre Manchester is now. Pay £3,100 to have to deal with antisocial violence, drunks and drug use right on your doorstep? No thanks.

Manchester not much to do i know peoole reel off shit but take liverpool were i live people say beatles story tate gallery the docks no scousers go they just go wow its capitol of culture docjs nothing their. Tate is crap. Beatles story entertaing for few hours all done in 4 hours eh
