In 2023 the price is decent. If its really all inclusive and in a good location. I’ve been looking around Saint John for some months now and most two bedrooms close to uptown cost more than this
It seems quite small for the rent price. It is getting harder to find something that is affordable.
I personally think it’s expensive considering the size. Where is it located? That could also influence the price

It’s in Saint John New Brunswick, I’d say between west and north Saint John. Unfortunately housing prices are skyrocketing here due to excess demand for housing, especially as the province opens up to more students and more people from the bigger provinces are relocating here cause housing is way cheaper here
