Definitely South Africa. I live in a small town about an hour drive away from Johannesburg, and we have way, way cheaper and way more luxurious mansions here, that runs on solar power and has their own underground water tanks for the whole mansion. You could buy all the mansions in this town for $1 million. And a meal for two cost less than $5. And there are lots of other spectacular options here in South Africa. For security, if you can afford a mansion or game farm with mansion for $1 million, you can afford the best security in this country. And it is just as safe as USA. Just the cost of living is a lot cheaper and you get fresh produce fresh, no gmo's and organic.

In Germany we don't have ceiling fans, closets build into the wall those american fridges haha. Also the outside shot wasn't from Germany. It is totally random, the most expensive real estate is about the land and its location, not the building itself. like from Thailand, if you speak hi-end, 1millions not even get you a 1 bedroom condominium in a prime area. but if you talk about the countryside, 1 million are the cost of 7 story apartment building. (1 hectare of land is not even worth $100k)

Dubai: I found a townhouse next to the malls and it is a private compound with a swimming pool a road to go to the house so no parking it outside a gate and security with a balcony and a jacuzzi 2 bedroom 2 bathroom But the kitchen is tiny it does have italian styling and the outside is monitored 24/7 (Not the houses the outside of the compound) and a stone balcony for only 187k

A foot is about 30cm (not the size of your foot). Coincidentally, a square foot is almost equal to 10% of a square metre (more like 9% because it is about 30.48 cm × 30.48 cm ~ 900 cm² while a square meter is 10,000 cm²) My ears are bleeding, he must just include the metric system. 😁

In mumbai India, you can get a 2000sq ft duplex apartment in a high-rise building but not in the main city, only in the suburbs, in the main mumbai City, you could get an 800-1000 sq ft apartment.

While here in Jamaica, $1M USD would get you a full real estate portfolio. You'd probably be able to acquire 1 apartment complex or even a small hotel.

The apartment supposedly in New Delhi, India is definitely not from there. @5:14 you can see the roofs of other houses and they are not flat, like how they are in Delhi. I wouldn't argue the cost though. A 2000 sq ft apartment in South Delhi will cost you about a million dollars.
