Just my opinion….Look beyond toronto area but not too far so you can easily drive into the city. With your budget, you can get a mansion and more modern house. I wish you the best girl ❤️

First home is too small the second one I would recommend an inspection especially if the house is over 30 years old just to make sure there are no issues and also to have a timeline to know the estimated upkeep costs
