Delighted that it has finally reached its rightful place of no 1 for Christmas. It may have taken 39 years to get there but much better late than never! I’m sure George will be smiling down rightfully, with immense pride that it has finally achieved what he had envisioned when he wrote the classic song. Somehow Christmas Day this year will be much more poignant because of this achievement, knowing what it would have meant to George.
