Whalton St Mary Magdalenes Church
In the village of Whalton to the west of Newcastle and Ponteland lies this interesting church. Hidden away off the main road its well worth a visit especially with their guide to show how its been completely 24520690remodelled several times since the 1300s and has an interesting Mllennium piece.

Slow the camera down! Let viewer get a good look. A little history of names on the walls. It is a nice well maintained Church. Next time take a walk among headstones and get a few names and dates.
