For years I've been calling it your "blind spot", like when your driving your car and you look in the rear view mirror, you don't see the whole picture, you only see a limited portion of it. Wetiko is just another word for Narcissism (sociopathy/psychopathy) and the Biblical description of these people is "workers of iniquity."

Again, excellent interview. The information that Paul is sharing is jaw dropping and are answering many of my questions. I have always struggled with how to respond to what Paul is calling "wetiko phenomenon". I have always had a sense that our perceptions are manipulated and controlled in this 3d reality. I have to investigate this on a deeper level. Bringing awareness of these shadowy energies is so essential. Thank you.

Still definitely the best guy out there I think.. uncovers the ways we lie to ourselves and feed our projections even with avoidance.. it’s quite tricky negotiating a place of calm observance between avoidance and forced positives into just believing things can change.. like riding a bike

Whether you call it Wetiko or egoism or narcissism, it's all the same thing that more and more people are coming to realise this plague within humanity that is a big problem for the greater world. A great awakening is happening I believe, at the same time and the conscious will win.

I began this with a great deal of skepticism, thinking (as Mr Levy's friend did) this is counter to what I have come to believe or perhaps outside of what is productive to believe , but in fact, upon examination and explanation, it fits in exactly! I've always been puzzled how evil can manifest itself en mass - attach itself to a national identity, for example, or a culture, or a congregation; and this explains it perfectly. Amazing insight! Unfortunately there is less information about Wétiko in Germany. I only know a book from Dieter Broers (Die Metamorphose der Menschheit) and a novel from Adalbert Stifter named Witiko. But I think it is very important to have some knowledge about Wetiko.

I have been studying evil for some time. Unfortunately, I work shift work which interrupts my studies quite a bit, but It's good to be able to give this entity a name. One aspect I have been looking at is a parasite called Toxoplasma Gondii which takes over and influences brains of living creatures. It causes suicidal actions in rodents and ants, but in humans has been related to reckless fearlessness. I was considering how evil can zombify creatures through such viruses. I'd be grateful for your thoughts please?

However, the more we evolve our mind and progress in our personal "spiritual" evolution, the less likely we are to be impacted by anything outside of us. This is why all the great spiritual (and other) masters of all time emphasized the message of "going within" and "mastering our mind". The weaker and less developed a mind, the more it can become prey to a host of influences. So with regards to lifeforms like rodents or insects, yes, they will be more easily impacted because of a simpler state of being - a much narrower point of focus and expression of consciousness. The more we expand and develop our consciousness the more we become immune to any "evil" or negative programming and similar outside forces from having any power over us.

Yes, it uses parasites and biological warfare against us in combination with emotional trauma. Stealthy. Quick. Merciless.

I have been stuck going in and out of the dukkha nanas.. and it is very hard for me because I know all that love is out there but when one is stuck like this all they want is to feel that love again... it's a negative place to be.. like in a vacuum..the void.. but not in a good way.. and he was basically saying the same thing I heard years ago that it can't possibly work if you don't have both compassion and wisdom and I thought I had both.. I'm really having trouble navigating myself out of that maze again this time.. and one of the things that makes it so painful also is there is no rich creativity in the mind ..it becomes like a wasteland.

How do we learn to embrace this shadow rather than focus on the “instigators” of change.. which is SO easy to get fixated on.. I’d love to learn to embrace with compassion the brutally wounded parts of myself! So as not to be giving energy to the virus by being so fixated on it being OUT THERE!!! It's just so so easy to fall into the trap of feeding the parasite by being focused on it being everywhere but within. Seems like so many of us have an inner psychopath we can't integrate

Now I am just a cautionary tale.i was tortured every day as an infant and young child and that is what implanted it but I could not see that I was doing it to my husband and son I just couldn't see it at all til after they were dead. Easy to explain if your are IT savvy - one end of the spectrum is digital and the other end is analogue and we can exist along this spectrum in various places at the same time to create a chart like pattern which we can identify with and call it SELF. When the digital sampling rate is low, like a low quality mp3, the experience will be rough and jittery . When the sampling rate is high the opposite is true. Analogue is a very high sampling rate and the experience may be smoother to the senses as they are also tuned to respond to analogue. For a high sampling rate you have to have high bandwidth (energy). The ultimate narcissist is flat-lining on many parts of that line - like partially dead - and they tap into your bandwidth to wiggle that line. Attention is roughly equivalent to bandwidth so they will try steal your bandwidth in a part of your spectrum that is missing in theirs. They will do anything that works (the end justifies the means) to get this energy. So really the Wetiko is worse than death. It is total annihilation - non existence - never having existed - never to exist again - never to be remembered - not even forgotten! It is terror and wicked and an evil that is to be avoided at all costs. 29:00 I think of WHY am interested in this and it is because I've known many people who I've cared about, including something of mental illness, diagnosed or not, but a feeling of suffering in others that makes them act out, and not knowing how to help them. I can question my own participation as well, and see how my pain leads to similar behavior, although hard to step out. My own participation makes complete sense when I'm living it, even if I can also see from the outside, if someone else was doing the same thing, I would diagnose as something terribly wrong, and a side-stepped attention to avoid pain. I like Jung's ideal of observation without judgment, but hard to see how action is ever achieve with out blindspots and grandiosity always redirecting us to where we feel better. I see the idea of a warrior archetype (like Robert Moore's King, Warrior, Magician, Lover), that it has a path of discipline that can lead to acting despite pain, the discomfort in facing what is painful, but faceable when we're conscience. HARD!

I like the idea of the daemon, inner genius that can be expressed through us, and add to the world, but it is also NOT SIZED to fit well in reality of demands of reality of living a balanced life. So if you don't have discipline, it pulls in ways you can't really control, and you will wreck large parts of your life that seem unimportant, so you can alienate REAL PEOPLE in your life, following your passion that doesn't entirely mean you well. It's like a vision, like the insanity expressed in "Close Encounters of the 3rd kind", and maybe it does require immediate attention, but other times it is a part of a lifetime, or maybe many lifetimes, so you can and should set limits and say "Not not, I have work to do" and stay grounded on real things you can trust, and people who care about us.

Perhaps we can never see Wetiko, but we can see a million expressions of it in the world, and that hints at what is behind is. Since it is not "real" no words can contain it. Could it just be a million different archetypes that can act through us? So identifying with the archetype creates a sense of power, and deludes us from other aspects of reality, so certainty from one point of view, which tries to say it is the center and can see all things.

The example Paul gives about a friend not wanting to engage with such dark things has made me think he is in denial and playing the ostrich with his head in the sand to avoid acknowledging the dangers out there. We must acknowledge a danger, or we cannot deal with it. We have to diagnose a health problem in order to heal our body. A health problem is something negative too or a signal that our thoughts aren't going the right way. Louise Hay, for example, wrote several books on how to make even cancer (initially in her own case) go away by saying certain affirmations over and over again. They always have something to do with fear, repulsion of our own body, anxiety, stress over a certain situation. When we manage to change our mind-set into a positive one in some way, then our health problem goes away too. So, the longer one ignores a problem, the bigger it gets.

You could have paul check in every month, this so empowering, so many teaching's are either loaded with projections or in avoidance of the darkness, imagine if this great work went viral, this has the potential crystalize major change..we have been paralyzed in a fear and have largely left our co- dreaming capabilities up to our perception managers to do for us out of avoidance and fear, i.e "the News".. when in reality we all have equal power to affect reality, instead of sitting back and letting the few put on some sort of central casting reality theatre on that we all just watch...

Wow this killed my husband and son through me neglecting and judging them and not seeing the truth of their purity and goodness till after they were dead. Negative hallucination that is totally it. My life is ruined but at least this guy is calling it out.

Sorry for your losses. But remember: This is just a brief experience. "You" and "they" were actually one consciousness having brief experiences as humans to learn. You will be reunited with them after this brief experience is over in between before you choose your next experience to learn from. No one really "dies" or is hurt in this. The worst thing one can experience is being taken over by wetiko which is closer to death than anything else because then it's not really you acting anymore. To awaken from the control and influence of wetiko is when one really is alive.

The problems are BOTH within us and without us imo

Thank You Evita. Great video, albeit somewhat misleading and confusing the point. I speak from Experience, as I remember the day it entered my mind, and wrestled with it from ages 3-8. . The danger of this talk in the context of the western mind is that it is confusing. "it's real but it's not real" God, humanity is so confused. Always having 'objective' opinions that are irrelevant. It is best to hear what indigenous cultures say about this, with their thousands of years of scientific experience. This is an entity, not a figment of imagination. It is an actual entity. I met it at the age of 3 and programmed my entire adulthood to get rid of this. Speaking 'objectively' about this is speaking it's language. Psychological jargon itself is so dangerous. Anything but the mind of a child is not your natural mind. This is a MIND PARASITE and a Spirit. I SAW IT. Experience is key. It's job is to make us think it's consciousness is ours. "It doesn't exist"? Come on, Paul. Reality is not rational. Truth is always stranger than fiction. You site Indigenous work and then discredit it with the madness of the western, Jungian mind. But I speak from experience. 99% correct is incorrect.

I wonder whether the Grimm's Fairy Tale "Rumpelstilzchen" is about this too? When the little evil gnome told the princess that she can get her baby back if she can come up with his name! So, naming the demon tormenting us correctly in order to break its spell! That is the same too as being able to diagnose an illness correctly in order to be able to cure a body from it.

The ego is afraid of experience if we open to any and all experience, sensations, thoughts, feelings, etc we naturally dispel the selfish view. To open we must convince the mind it's not the body and it's not going to die. Mind doesn't stop while we sleep or after so called death.

Sometimes empaths empower wetiko by always trying to save people from suffering. The wetiko needs to be brought out - when someone demonstrates wetiko - they need to be called on it. If more people did that, the wetiko would have to be addressed.

So I have a question please. I was 'stitched up' by half brother and executors in my fathers Will. I believed, and finally think I have found, hidden money and fraudulent activity with them, which involves 'professionals'. Throughout the process I have requested transparency but been met with so much denial and collusion with so many parties including so-called 'regulatory bodies' etc. My position/argument throughout has been 'If there is nothing to hide then why do the executors refuse transparency, and if they refuse to be open why does this not raise questions with those who claim to regulate, but actually ignore their behaviour, indeed i will go so far as to say that they have protected them. So my question is: Does it make me part of the problem by making a challenge and seeking transparency by asking for accountability and integrity? Should I have not engaged and just let them screw me over? It is something i have questioned myself about.

Hi Karen, there are several factors to consider in the situation you explained. Why it happened and how it was and is best to proceed will greatly depend on one's personal journey of spiritual evolution and what you are ready to do. For some people the right thing is to stand up, speak out and demand "justice", for others it will be to let go, release and not participate. The right answer ALL depends on what we can live with, with inner peace. What is the lesson that we are most in need of learning and challenge we are most in need of overcoming will greatly dictate the action we should take, and there is no one right answer in such cases or the same answer for any two people. The fears you pointed out though, especially the first, are definitely very much related to why such an experience would even manifest itself in your life. However, there is something bigger at play here and author Lise Bourbeau gets at it best through her work on helping people understand the "5 Wounds" we deal with and how the most prevalent play out in our lives. I would highly recommend her work to you, specifically her initial book about the 5 Wounds (amzn.to/2DWuBql) and more important even follow up about the Ego's role in healing the 5 Wounds (amzn.to/2pKu6dJ). As it happens i have done both, i have stood and demanded Justice, which has felt quite empowering, simply due to early life experience / relationships. Justice is hard to get for 'mere mortals' without a large bank account. However, once a professional saw the activites involved and took over the matter from me, then I could feel I could let it go to a larger degree. A big piece for me was that my all my instincts were screaming one thing, yet I was told I was wrong and had issues. When I found out what those that were telling me I was wrong had actually done, it was validation that I had been right. We are so often thrown of our natural gut instincts by the insanity and corruption in the world. Your kind response means I can relax my harsh judgement on myself, or perceived judgement of others perhaps. I could not be at peace until my gut instincts were validated and the truth was found. i will check out the links you sent, thank you.

Goodness! I have only just heard of this term and discovered Paul Levy's book on "Wetiko", actually in a podcast by David Icke (31st July 2020). This concept is so very relevant right now, in 2020! So many of us are wondering why so many more are simply not awake and recognizing what is really going on! And so many people are afraid that we will ALL be dragged down this path to perdition and needing a tool to save ourselves and as many as we can with us. So, it would be great, if Paul Levy or someone else expert on this concept could speak more to us about it now!

It works through beliefs.Relgion says give me the child and I will show you the man. Beliefs create behaviours. The fastest way to to change something is change what you believe about it. What did one mirror say to the other mirror. It's all done with people. We are all just copying each other !

and lets not ignore the genesis of the function of devouring another life - its the very model 'god' chose for all nature so gee I wonder where the tendency comes from in people?

this is sort of an inverse of 'your ok, I'm ok" - like we are all a little wetiko....but maybe there are people who were created by darkness in the first instance. Otherwise Gnosticism is false

I think there are bloodlines here that are "created by darkness" as you say. They are the Illuminati bloodlines and they are here to introduce the negative option to humanity. In other words, they exist here to bring wetiko here in order to allow us to evolve spiritually. Because wetiko acts both as the source of our problems but also the solution to it. Think of it like an opportunity. Illuminati bloodline people can be directly controlled by wetiko whenever it wants.

Your speaking on very low status of being awakened.. keep up the good effort.

I haven't watched this yet but I did watch him a little bit on another channel but decided to go elsewhere.. can you please tell me why you don't think he's quite authentic.. can you put your finger on it... can you give it a name.. what do you think it is.

This guys spot on, unfortunately he’s woke af and it clouds his visions. It always does.

I am sorry for any challenges that you are currently experiencing. Should you choose to seek any help or guidance for how to make "spirituality" work, no matter what, please know that support is available in many forms. People have been practicing and expressing various aspects of spirituality, like love, gratitude, and compassion for millennia, regardless of circumstances, IF they choose to. Street monks do it all the time, having little food, not knowing where their meal or shelter will come from, etc. People like Viktor Frankl or Nelson Mandela chose to express it in the worst of times, under extreme oppression. As with all things, it all comes down to the choices we choose to make, no matter what. And the irony of it all is that it is often easier for people to be spiritual, when they have less, rather than more money.

Evita Ochel in the conversation it seems like polarity was a point. I hesitate to equate one statement about Clinton (which also includes Trumps name) with his exclusive comments on Trump alone. Me thinks he hates one of them worse and this by his own logic...blinded. PS I really enjoy your interviews. The last one with Anthony Peake was great
