☝🏿I was just telling this to someone!! His wife was the interior decorator on this but it's like why spend 7 years to combine all those parcels only to decide you'd rather live back in Pittsburgh??🤦🏿‍♀️ This isn't just your regular flip property. Even if it were modern, as with 924 Bel Air and anything really $50m+, you better either have a handful of buyers ready to negotiate or you'll end up just like him smdh 😔
