The third part of Western Visayas journey is from Cuartero, Capiz boundary with Dao to Seda Atria in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. This is the second part of Kalibo to Iloilo City drive of the day.
Stopped by St. William’s Parish in Passi City but was unfortunately closed at the time of visit so was only able to take picture of the façade. Doubled back also to take lunch at a restaurant before Passi City center.
Road condition is generally good though there are stretches undergoing repairs or widening.
