Alli Lumpkin and Dalton Stanley D1A Coed Team take the floor in finals leading the way in first place from the semis with 0 deduction in an absolute amazing performance. The tensions are high and all is at stake and this is the opportunity to bring it all home. Prior to this performance the WKU all girl team rocked the house with an amazing 0 deduction routine.
The two teams that are in 1st and 2nd place WKU and Alabama are the last two routines to perform. Imagine the hours, sweat, tears, sacrifices all lead up to this, the last 2 and half minutes that they will ever be again. Some deductions brought them into 7th place and Alabama into 6th.
They started with 21 teams and after semis 10 teams were eliminated the first day of competition. Day two 11 teams battled to bring home 1st place and the gold.
This being the first year that WKU has competed in the D1A large coed division is absolutely no small task. The coed team will be back even better.
