Yeah, they don't do that unless they appear in an update episode. It can take up to like four or five months to close in the UK

This was one of the happier shows with beautiful young men and couple. Nice to see that everyone got what the wanted. Cheers.

The Indian couple: great idea to live in first then decide use. The balcany room makes for a terrific living room. The brothers: chose the best one.

Honey, take off your heels--the walk is easier.

I like the West Hampstead flat the couple bought. But I didn’t like the first 2 flats what Phil shown them, he should’ve shown them something different. The flat the bros bought in Leyton was definitely the right decision 😅

2016 over a half mil for a dinky flat is unbelievable. Wonder what it is now.

London is still the haunt of the Yuppie generation . Today’s housing market in the capital has reached ludicrous heights and has made it virtually impossible for anyone but the wealthy to consider purchasing even the most basic of accommodation.

Well these couples did. Sadly state of affairs in any city, such as Edi, Bristol, London. We were lucky with our first do-er upper which put us on the prop ladder and went thru boom time. Bought 2nd place in Glasgow (also doer upper) in 2019 and has since gone up nearly 50% in value. Finding the next place which we're working towards on the other hand....
