Welcome back and welcome if you are NEW! I have been waiting a long time to make this video! This is my favorite local trail that has definitely grown in popularity in the last few years across the central coast of California. Unfortunately, it had been closed for the last year or so but back in the day, this was the trail I first begun to learn my off-roading skills on. Now that I know it like the back of my hand I wanted to do a trail review and bring you all along with us as we chase the horizon into the night. THE GOODLAND! My home. Some parts of this trail could be done in a civic haha but you will enjoy it more in a Tacoma.
You can air down to 10psi without bead locks. Never lost a bead at 10psi

Great to know! Lowest I’ve run is 15 but glad to hear 10 is still in the safe zone! Can never be to careful when you’re alone though.

@@quicksendtaco just don’t bump it hard at 10psi. 12psi you can bump it if needed. 12psi is usually just right.

How did you figure out the ideal PSI to air down to? Is there a standard for your specific tire size?

Without true bead lock wheels anything below 10psi can possibly pop the tire off the bead so anywhere between 15 and 18psi is usually my sweet spot. But the difference between 15 and 18 is definitely noticeable.
