Exclusives are bragging rights to pull in people but at the end of the day multiplats make for a healthy ecology for us all. We dont need a "console war"

It’s a complaint for Sony more than the actual devs, I hate exclusives too but they could be entire system sellers with one game like this. Best recent example would be Asguards wrath 2 for quest 2-3

“Wide linear” sounds perfect for a game like this. It provides freedom but potentially allows a good story to be told.

This appears to be pretty much everything I hoped could be possible on PSVR2. Shadow of the Colossus is my personal dream VR game - add into that the 'power sim' aspect of Synapse, spectalular environments of Horizon Call of the Mountain and the combatnof Saints & Sinners with a bit of Mortal Kombat thrown in!) and we're looking at something quite incredible here. That October date cant come soon enough 🔥

Looks awesome. Kind of worried when he almost ignored the question about the combat/parrying and went straight into the fantasy power mode. But overall I am looking forward to this game.

The grapple mechanic, in a weird way, reminds me of the telekinesis in Synapse in that it opens up a lot of creative gameplay opportunities. That kind of gimmick can be really fun in VR if implemented well.

I'm fine with guided as opposed to widely open, I'm too easily lost in a game, and they don't have the budget of a AAA open world anyway. What will also be compared to Legendary Tales is the enemy variety.

I knew I had my psvr2 for a reason, I've only got a couple of VR games but nothing's really blown me away since RE4 Remake in VR this will 100% be a definite buy, this looks phenomenal, that Horizon forbidden mountain one was ok but didn't really grab me like I hoped it would, but this tho! 😱 Wow! I wish listed immediately after watching this

I love the style of the video. It has the weight Behemoth deserves. Also like the soft but precise tone and the silent questions. Kind of gives me Demon Souls vibes which was a clear inspiration for the game. Just sets the mood. Thank you.

Man I can't wait for this! I was expecting a late 2024 (maybe going into 2025) release so it coming out in Fall is music to my ears!

Excited for this one. Didn’t try legendary tales but have played both S&S games

Looks like a lot of fun. So glad it's a 10 ish hour experience. Can't wait! But man I'd be lying if I said the combat didn't look too easy. Behemoths look amazing but it's all the in between fodder enemies I'm worried about. They seem dumb as nails and all seem to look like exact clones too. These clips don't make the AI look too good or interesting, but hopefully it ends up being more refined and varied in the final release!

Sounds awesome! I'm curious if those multiple paths mentioned offer unique gameplay, like one is more direct combat, one is more stealth based, etc. Wide linear sounds fine, but I hope the levels are somewhat connected and it doesn't feel like a jarring thing moving between them. Very hyped for this game. The melee reminds me of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, which would be awesome in VR.

Loved the meat hook in doom eternal and grapple shot in halo infinite. Seeing the grappling in this game has me so excited

Other than the game being just 10-12 hours long I’m really hyped to play this game

Keep an eye on Max Mustard. Just got added to the PS store for wishlisting and it seems like a solid platformer from reviews already out there.

Super excitedly for this. Although I have to admit that finding out about hitman 3 on Quest hurts

the sword throwing has me sold now. I would imagine there's a hammer and ax in the game at some point because otherwise what would be a missed opportunity. I am now so pumped for this game. Time to hunt gods....i mean behemoths.. Thanks guys.
