You forgot to mention that Black Lotus was initially BoP, which was by far the most annoying thing about making flasks.

Holy shit, man I don't want even to think about how awful that was and how expensive they were since it required even bigger masochists to create them.

The section on stat weights on gear made me think a full on history of stats video would be super cool. What all the stats were in each expansion, exactly what they did, and how they were changed between patches / expansions and why, and when / if they were removed and why.

From season of mastery i learned how OP flask of titans was too. Being able to use a flask which gives 1200 hp when you only have 2600 hp is fking insane.

"I'm attacking the darkness" was popularised long before youtube machinima videos became a thing. It's from a sketch by Dead Alewives, and it was broadcast on the Dr. Demento radio show. We used to quote stuff from the sketch back when we were playing Eye of the Beholder on Amiga. Perhaps the Summoner machinima RE-popularised it, but it was well known among RPG gamers and geeks long before that.

Damn dude one of the things I love about your channel and this series specifically is things like the armor stat distributions. I’ve played this game since cata and honestly never thought about the chest and neck etc having so much more stats than the bracers and boots. You manage to learn something new even after all these years with this channel. Keep it up man!

9:14 This reminds me of my level 53 hardcore protection paladin, that died to King Mukla. I figured that, worst case, I could just run away, as I've always done; paladins tend to get away with things. Not King Mukla though, the guy hit for a fourth of my health bar despite my abundant armor and stamina. I still have the paladin as a ghost, may he rest in peace

Petri flasks were also like that. You could use them to remove things like flame buffet on firemaw, shadow stacks on 4H, shadow damage on loatheb if you timed before shadow went off, i think you see where im going lol. I even used it to get DMF by waiting for BG queue, ressing, popping petri, then having 1 full minute to choose your buff.
