CPUs will do stupid stuff for half the match then perform reads and unthinkable frame 1 reactions the other half.

5:36 Can't say I didn't see that coming, but...

The most difficult part of fighting CPUs is that they play very reactively. And what I mean is that if you jump into them, literally 0.1 seconds later they will perform an aerial. It always looks like they read your moves, but no, they react at inhuman speeds because they are computers and so they just do that. So, interestingly enough, the way I beat them is by reacting to whatever they do instead of the other way around. Attempting to predict the CPU’s movement is very difficult because of how inhuman they play, and if you whiff or perform a laggy option, they tend to punish you instantly. So instead, you let them do their action and find away to punish them instead. It’s rather consistent in 1v1s, at least.

I honestly hope they didn't nerf CPU's in Versus. WoL I can understand but fighting level 9 CPU's on Fast Smash are really useful for training when actual players aren't around

I have lived in the boonies nearly all my life. So since melee I've played only bots really. It is an intensely fun situation when I do play with my sweaty friends and stomp them with "bot tactics"

The Pong Assist Trophy is actually busted. I legit worry more when the opponent gets it than when they get Rathalos.
