Even if Kabuto’s reanimated shinobi were brought back at 80-90% power, they’re still stronger in their revived forms in my opinion. Because they have immortal bodies that almost instantly regenerate after any attack. Also, they have infinite chakra. Those 2 factors alone make them way stronger. Perfect example is Itachi. When he was alive, he had a sickness and low stamina in fights. As a reanimated ninja, he could just hold Susano forever and just spam Amaterasu everywhere. There’s no way alive Itachi is stronger. No way.

_I have to disagree with this argument. Even if Madara fought defensively, that does not mean he didn't use his full-power. The reason why Naruto would have died against Sasuke isn't because he isn't at max power, but because he is focusing his max power for counterattacks and blocks as opposed to directly striking Sasuke. The power displayed is theoretically the same. The difference is how it's used. Hashirama would still sense Madara's power and would still be able to gauge it off how strong his defenses are. Madara also went Susano'o vs Hashirama, so he went above base form. And yet a base form no-eyes Madara is still implied to be above Edo Madara_

_As for the arguments for why Edo is stronger, usually when we talk about the strength of Edo we talk about raw power, not hax. But as far as the abillities go, the reason they can showcase their hax more is because their Chakra replenishes. As for Hashirama not using the Golem, he used multiple giant avatars vs Madara. But he probably had no reason to go all-out. In Storm 4 and Connections he is seen being able to use his strongest avatar ( 1000 arm golem )._ _The Sound 4 statement is not in reference to the Edo Tensei making them stronger. In the episode it's said that the reason they got stronger is because after their death their hatred grew, and due to this their Curse Marks made them stronger ( As apparently hatred amps the Curse Mark )._ _As for Mu, I agree with that. The issue with this argument tho is that just because Mu was revived as strong as he was when alive does not mean EVERY Edo gets revived at their original strength. The baseline for Edo Tensei always makes characters weaker. Now contrary to popular belief I think Edo Tensei is different for everyone. This is because in Sasuke Retsuden when Meno forged a contract with Sasuke he was amped by Sasuke's Chakra. This means that edos are revived at a weaker state than always and then there is an additional boost on top which is that a piece of the power of the user goes to the Edos. Now imagine if Kabuto revives Haku, and then revives someone like Raikage Ay. Haku is much weaker than Raikage. Therefore the bit of Chakra he receives from Kabuto would be a much more substantial boost for him than for Ay. So while Haku may become stronger than when he was alive thanks to Kabuto's Chakra, Raikage would still be weaker due to that Chakra not being enough to fuel someone of his level. We know that this is how Kabuto's edo works._ _Mu is proof of this. Because to control them after revival we see Kabuto put a Kunai in them that contains his Chakra. So despite the fact that Mu was amped by Kabuto's Chakra after the revival he was only as strong as when he was alive. Meaning that he would have to be weaker before Kabuto put his Chakra in Mu. With Madara I imagine Kabuto's Chakra makes even less of a difference. So yeah. Alive Madara is by all means above Edo_

Naruto definitely wasn’t at full power for the 1st half of the fight. He’s not using most, if any of his powerful jutsu and he literally stands over Sasuke at one point and just does nothing. And we see later he’s able to transform further so if he was really going all out against Sasuke since the start he would’ve did that. Hashirama isn’t really a sensory type is he? Doesn’t he usually get Tobirama to do that? I don’t think he would’ve sensed him like that. Madara going Susanoo on Hashirama is just like him using it on the Gokage.

I brought up their abilities because that (to me) is evidence of Orochimaru’s Edo tensei being inferior overall. And I’m sure not being able to use your strongest abilities would make you weaker overall. Also you say Hashirama had no reason to go all out? Bro if there was anytime to go all out it would be during the war against MADARA or TEN TAILS. Th statement about the sound 4 comes before the death making their hatred grow statement and thats depicted completely differently. Shikamaru directly states because their bodies are Edo they got stronger (dub) I haven’t heard your interpretation about the contract thing before so I’ll say it’s possible, but Idk if Kabuto’s work like that.

@@NarutoTruths _When I say someone is at full-power I mean it in a DBZ definition. Where Goku can be at 10p% power or he can power down to 50% power. Goku can be at 100% power without using the KameHameHa for example. Naruto was the same way. He was already at max power physically, he just didn't use his strongest Jutsus. As for the sensory thing, it's kind of a misconseption. Almost all Ninja have the capacity to sense Chakra. We see Kid Sasuke sense Zabuza's Chakra, we see Zabuza sense Naruto's Chakra, and even compared it to Kakashi's. So forth. Sensory types just have a greater abillity to track and measure. But overall most ninja can sense Chakra._ _Hashirama did use the same wooden Golem he used vs Madara and Kurama. He just didn't use his 1000 hand statue. As for why, he could have been holding back. And vs Ten-Tails he probably figured it's a waste as it's too strong to beat. Hashirama never fought the Ten-Tails directly. He just restrained it. If we go by Storm he can still use it._ _I would have to check, but I don't recall them being said to be stronger due to the Edo when I rewatched it a while ago. So this could be a dub only thing._ _I think it does, because the Retsuden statement kinda makes it seem like this applies to all summonings. And Edo Tensei are a version of summoning jutsu._ _Not yet. Will check it out._

Madara was only shinobi who was weaker in his edo, also edo Madara was stronger then jubito witch is stronger then hashirama

@@NarutoTruths yes since one of the dances cowers whole area with sword like bones, even if kcm1 is stronger and faster he does not have regen or way to avoid this attack (i would gladly do podcast where we could discuss topic like this
