Sham don’t buy supermarket garlic or vegetables go to the market you will get organic fruits and vegetables. Most of the supermarket vegetables and fruits comes from China these vegetables grows in China under unsanitary conditions. Eat your Jamaican fruits and vegetables

Just an observation, the children need more discipline. Mommy you have to take control and train them from now.

True , true : natural and organic food products are the best!! Quality and not quantity ‼️ I am struggling with bad eating habits and years of unhealthy food : I am trying to eat to consume healthy food items , but I think it is a little too late! ( diabetes and high blood pressure )‼️ I am doing more fresh fruits and organic vegetables 🥦 ! Stop with white flour products and cut down and sugar drinks!! I am feeling better, but the pounds are very hard to lose at my ( age) My Doctor told me to stay away from ( Sodas) Good health is ( Priceless) !!!!!

Wow that Supermarket reminds me of shopping in London. I am seeing places in Jamaica that I did not think would be there. That is a huge supermarket. I saw some rides in a video, I think anniversary over at Colaz TV and could not believe Jamaica would have those and some roads remind me of driving in London. So why many people still want to go UK and USA. So are we having another baby Colaz or is that all baby fat I see Sham... well I can hope.. I just subbed over here. 🥰

Nice that you are allowed to do vlog of your shopping experience. It is a fun vlog to do. I tried it here and you would think, I am trying to record buckingham palace halls when it is just your shopping trip. They say no photos or video allowed in supermarkets I frequent. Still clever people can record all their shopping items and receipt and outside supermarket to show where they shopped. Little black countries. St Vincent. Makes you wonder who are trying to keep black people down from showing their creativity.

I know it takes a village to raise a child but man slow down people we all had these moments as children🫣🫣🫣
