Unfortunately, the court had to appoint a guardianship over Wendy because her own family could not be trusted with her finances. There was enough evidence against her family funneling money out of her account like her son and her nephew, Wanda‘s son funneling $120,000.out of Wendy’s account For a birthday party. Her family does not have her best interest. Otherwise they would not have put her on film like this. It was her family pushing her to do this last documentary. Where she looks out of her mind and has her wig off her family is not protecting her.

No she does NOT need to be with her family. They have used and abused her since she was a child. She needs to be in therapy - proper therapy - and to have her money stopped so her family cannot take it away.

I pray she seeks help.I am 4 years sober and what a blessing to have the fellowship of AA.❤

Ma’am this is more than just simple alcoholism she’s literally dying. Her mind is gone. Sobriety is not going to fix her brain degeneration. It’s past that point, there is no cure for her health situation.

Kind of scary that people can just take you away and your family will have no input? Quite concerning.

I totally agree. It’s absolutely wild to me that the courts can just take control of Wendy‘s life and not let her have access to her own money. I can name hundreds of celebrities that were completely out of their mind, high on crack, shooting a heroin spending money like it was water, and the court never took over their account or locked them away. Why is this happening to her? is it because it’s Wells Fargo?

However, Wendy has now stated that she wants the money for her son so they should unfreeze it and handle it with her family. Also saw a video of when Wendy was in her family’s care, right before the guardianship and she was doing so much better. It’s disgusting what these people surrounding her are doing to her.

Well yes and no. If your family has abused you since you were young, your ex is a gold digging abuser and your son is stealing your money and spending 100k on uber eats, would you want them being in charge of your either? she has no one she can trust but blindly trusts her family.

Wendy will live for a very long time! She will be locked away in her mind, unable to speak or recognize anyone. She will feel alone and scared and unable to understand even what’s happening to her. But she will be alive. That’s the best part!

She need a professional therapy Wendy lost so much in short period of time The pain of losing the pain of grief can have A real impact on your mental health and physical health. Pray to God she will recover from it soon.

How the hell was she forced into a conservatorship to begin with? Was she Baker acted and then they deemed her mentally incapable of handling her own finances and since nobody stepped up from her family, they appointed a guardian? How does this even happen that a bank takes over someone’s life and blocks the family from even knowing where she is? it seems very scary to me that this is a possibility.

I always find it weird when people say so casually that they speak or spoke to a person on a conservatorship. Like Paris Hilton said oh me and Britney have lunch together. "Does she talk about the conservatorship?" "Oh no we dont mention that"...how CANT you mention that? Like how can Boof talk to Wendy and not ask her what she wants? What she needs? How can he not advocate w her family to get that? I dont know. To me it is all very bizarre.

The courts had to put her on a guardianship because all kinds of family members were siphoning money out of her account while she was deep in the stages of addiction. She wasn’t bringing any more income in since she had walked off the Wendy Williams show. And her son and God knows who else was funneling money out of her account. Her family couldn’t be trusted so they had to assign a third-party.

That's a true friend. Yes his observations,interactions are heartfelt and honest. He has nothing to gain. They were co-workers,yet friends. Hope she is surrounded by those who will love and care for her no matter what. Dementia no matter what you call it has stages that are hard to manage. She certainly does need monitored supervised care. It's a hard journey. Love to remember her as that bold fierce woman she is! Hugs to Wendy❤

These guardians are vultures. They are actively stealing money from Wendy & her health continues to decline. The guardianship and judge that granted the guardianship needs to be under investigation. This is exploitation and seems so very suspect and criminal.

I think the saddest part is this dementia and aphasia are PROGRESSIVE, meaning it's just going to get worse and worse. There is no treatment for it. What a cruel disease. I was really hoping she would get better until I learned of the diagnosis.
