Yes, look how far they drop on turn bar after welt ultimate Always goes to the bottom cuz went has about 200%+ Break effect after all the buff

It is Welt's technique. Every wave of enemies will get affected by his technique (slowing) if you use it at the beginning.

You could replace her with Asta for more speed, or any other breaker. It’ll just feels a lot worst to play and you will lose both damage and super break uptime at the same time. At that point i rather play a normal dps setup. Remember that Super break deals more damage the more toughness damage you do, Ruanmei can indirectly buff that damage because of her break efficiency.

Welt is a character that they need to revamp into break character, everything about him is just screaming break effect, with those push back and slow, almost like ruan mei But hey, no way they make standard banner to be THAT GOOD

Nah I've tested it enemies still got a turn. Her delay really helps and her break efficiency buff to break faster.

@@xtiyan2250 This is why you never skip Ruan Mei, team wide buffs + break driver. The most universal support in HSR(until something better comes).

From what I can see, two reasons. Lightning break and hmc makes any char do dmg caus of super break. Kafka isn't chosen here because of her dot kit
