I did t35 on my hair. It turned it kinda sandy blond with light blond highlights. I love it.

Do you have to use developer with the toner if the hair is already lifted?

eeeek that t-35 looks so pink or pastel. bought it not sure i can do it.

Hair needs to be damp before developing.

My hair is different now it's all yellow/orange. I'm trying to to blonde! Giving my hair a break then will bleach and tone again. I love wella toners

I have level 9-10 hair and want to go light brown. I have no idea if I should just tone it or dye it brown. What will help me achieve a light to medium ashy brown
